Mistex provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service. We facilitate peer-to-peer swaps between digital assets without holding user funds beyond the duration of a transaction.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Mistex complies with applicable local laws.
Mistex does not require registration or identity verification. You interact with the Service by initiating exchange orders directly.
Exchange rates and fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction. Rates may fluctuate between the time you initiate and complete a swap. Fixed-rate orders lock in the displayed rate for a limited window.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a swap is completed, it cannot be undone. Mistex is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

Mistex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from network delays, blockchain congestion, price volatility, or technical failures beyond our control.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
